The Journey at a Glance

Some of our beloved Canadian family and friends will be landing in Egypt! Expect warm hugs, joyful reunions, and a chance to catch your breath before the adventure begins.

We explore the heart of Egypt with a 3-day adventure through Cairo:

• The Pyramids of Giza — among the oldest and most remarkable structures on Earth
• The newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
• Old Cairo, local gems, and plenty of delicious food

We'll fly south together to Aswan and settle in at the charming Kato Dool Wellness Resort. The day includes a visit to the Botanical Garden, a stroll through the vibrant Nubian Village, and a peaceful evening surrounded by color, culture, and good company. Expect relaxed vibes, beautiful views — and maybe even a little dancing under the stars.

This is when most of our guests will arrive for the wedding — and for those joining the Nile Cruise, it's also the official start of the tour. Since the cruise overlaps with the wedding day, the team has kindly adjusted the schedule: all the sights you'd miss on the 16th will be covered on the 15th instead. We’ll wrap the day with a shared dinner in Aswan — an evening of community, connection, and local flavors.

We'll start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Guests joining the Nile Cruise will check out of Mövenpick and board the cruise ship (transportation will be arranged). Lunch and getting ready on the cruise. Return to Mövenpick by 2 PM for the ceremony. Celebrate all evening then head back to the cruise for the night.

We’ll begin with a relaxed breakfast at the hotel before guests joining the Nile Cruise check out and board the ship (transportation provided). There’ll be time for lunch and getting ready on the cruise, with everyone returning to the Mövenpick by 2 PM for the ceremony. From there — we celebrate into the evening, then head back to the cruise to wind down under the stars.

After checking out from the cruise in Luxor, we’ll take a bus together to the beautiful coastal town of Gouna, near Hurghada. Think snorkeling, beach adventures, boat trips — or simply unwinding by the water. A gentle and joyful close to an unforgettable journey.
